For industrial applications, Mutlu manufactures stationary and tractionary batteries using the latest technology, with varied physical and internal structure specifications.

Stationary batteries are developed for use in a fixed single location. Their design and plate structure allow constant current and power for a relatively long time frame. oPzS and VRLA models fall under this category.

Tractionary batteries are another type of industrial batteries, sharing a similar working principle to starter batteries. They are built to provide long term power to electric vehicles in difficult operating conditions. These high power batteries also come in Air-Matic Circulation models, using tubular positive plates (PzS), which feature a rapid recharge capability.

Stationary Batteries

These are industrial accumulators designed  as lead-acid with infrequent service, to be used for applications power is necessary only on a stand-by facility. They can be mounted as OpzS, or Full-Energy with cells up to 2volt varying between 25Ah- 5000Ah. Up to 300Ah can be produced in 12volt and 6 volt block cases.

Communication, intercommunication, hospitals, power stations, control systems, irrigation systems, pumping stations, safety lighting systems, solar batteries are the main areas that stationary batteries are used. Almost all of types of this range need service in the least level. Block types are made of plastic cases and others are transparent cases.

Stationary product group also holds a type of stand-by facility battery which is produced with fully closed imbued separators and valve regulated, infrequently service need. These products are designed to be used in close circuit plants which doesn’t require air ventilation, Ups, control rooms, power stations.

Mutlu also holds VRLA type in its range of products which a true dry charge type maintenance free batteries as a continuously floating power supply. As being the first VRLA product in Turkey they are used in telecommunication, electricity and telephony control systems, electric supply facilities, emergency lightening, fire and alarm systems.

Opzs Batteries

Opzs types are tubular stationary batteries with low maintenance need are continuously floating power supplies for standby facilities. They require minimum maintenance and provide minimum energy cost.

Low antimony lead alloy as this products main feature lowers the water lossdrainage and discharge level. The ability of holding on the active element and charge-discharge is always constant at the same level.

The Opzs batteries, which are produced to be used in case of sudden power outages as to provide systems to stop or halt, are made of transparent block cases. With their separator and alloy features they infrequently require maintenance and have a long life as at least 20 years of duty cycle and their production capacity is between 150-5000Ah. Our accumulators are adequate according to TSE and DIN standards.

VRLA Batteries

Express Power VRLA provides high performance and stability for continuous long time operations. With it’s Gas Recombination system, which is used in UPS’, our block cased, maintenance free product is unique in Turkey. These batteries have specifications such as flame resistant case, automatic low-pressure valve control and high level of gas recycling. Closed circuit accumulators do not require maintenance and holds the advantage of being used in closed, secluded areas such as internals of a machine and even on horizontal or vertical positions.

Opzs and VRLA batteries are power solutions for applications such as telecommunications, power supply and power distribution controlling systems, data, alarm, signalisation systems, security systems, IT centres, UPS, marine vehicles’ secondary power systems and other power supplies for several industrial operations.

Traction (Pzs / Industrial) Batteries

These are the batteries produced with tubular positive plates design to perform high power. They are used for lifting, carrying, electric vehicles, packing platforms, automated vehicles and some special DC operating systems. Besides being used for forklifts in general these products, with their perfect cycle speciality and high power march start capacity, have different variations such as on-flammable box type and, to be used for diesel locomotives and wagons.  AIR- MATIC type is also being produced on customer demand.

They are lead-acid batteries design to perform high pulling power, long life, deep cycle, continuous charge-discharge cycle and with options to ease the maintenance and charging.

The tubular positive plate design provides long life, high porosity with low intensity letting the electrolytes transfer specialities with the high quality microporous separators located between positive and negative plates. These batteries are used to provide motive power for all electrical vehicles operating in any kind of lifting and carrying (forklifts), Man Lift and Access Equipment, vehicles operating in industrial line, diesel or electrical vehicles used in railway systems, wagon lightening, automated vehicles, and some special systems continuous charge-discharge cycle is required.

Especially in the closed fields environment is a sensitive issue traction batteries are used in any kind of stacking, stacking systems.

AIR- MATIC type is also being produced on customer demand. In this system air is being blew into the battery as to mix with the acid so that charging factor is decreased which gives the opportunity of saving on time and power.
